Mabel Ng Lau moved from Malaysia to the United States at twenty-one, earned a degree in public relations, and spent four years in advertising before finding the Lagree method at CORE40 in 2011.
She certified as a Lagree instructor in 2013 and grew inside CORE40 under Dean and Lisa Grafos - studio leadership in San Diego, expansion into San Francisco, then international partnership through CORE40 Netherlands in 2021.
